Fall colors & harvest celebration

Join us for The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort’s Harvest Tram Tour, a delightful autumn experience running from September 27 through November 17. Offered Thursday through Sunday at 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, and 4:00 pm, this scenic ride is the perfect way to celebrate the harvest season.

For $25 per adult and $15 per child, you’ll ride through a charming fall landscape adorned with hay bales, corn stalks, pumpkins, gourds, scarecrows, and more. Afterward, pick your perfect pumpkin from our pumpkin patch and decorate it on the Veranda for just $10.

Our Pocono Resort is ready for Halloween! Our Recreation team will be offering family fun Halloween activities from October 21st to October 31st! Don’t forget to pack your costumes, because we have a Golf Cart Costume Parage planned! This Golf Cart Tour will take you out to the Shawnee Island Farm to the pumpkin patch, where each family will get to select one pumpkin to bring back to the Inn. Costumes not necessary, but add more fun! After selecting your pumpkin, join us on the veranda for pumpkin decorating!

We can’t forget our daily hayrides, and of course Trick-or-Treating! Also new this year is our Haunted Tours. Our knowledgeable guides will lead you through the eerie landscapes and shadowy secrets that have left their mark on our historic establishment. From spine-tingling tales passed down through generations to the ghostly echoes of past guests, you’ll be immersed in an atmosphere of intrigue and suspense.

ShawneeCraft Halloween Celebrations

Are you a grown up, but a kid at heart? Then ShawneeCraft’s Halloween Celebration is for you! ShawneeCraft’s Halloween Hiatus Party will be held on Friday, October 27th at 7pm. Prizes and giveaways for best costumes and a Mummy Wrapping Contest. Live Music with Sick Whiskey from 7-10pm. Free entry for all and a complimentary beer taster for anyone over 21 in costume!

Another ShawneeCraft Brewery favorite, our Broomstick Relay Race, will be held on Saturday, October 28th at 5pm. No pre-registration required, costumes HIGHLY recommended. Two or four participants per group. Enjoy a half-mile race on property on a broomstick. Pre-game starts with live music from Jimmy Brown at 2pm. Race registration at 5pm, with the race beginning at 6pm. Must be 21 years or older to participate. Broomstick Relay Afterparty from 7PM – 10PM with live music with Nikki Briar.

In this spirit The Gem and Keystone Brewpub recently rolled out vegetarian and gluten-free menus.

The Gem and Keystone Brewpub has always accommodated guests with special dietary needs. But these menus are more than an accommodation, they are fun and delicious. Try this on for size – The Gem’s Grilled Polenta served with spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes in a creamy garlic sauce… or how about the Filet Mignon on the gluten-free menu that is a generously hand-cut and wood-grilled beef tenderloin topped with triple garlic butter and served with potatoes and vegetables.
